Refund Policy We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Steady Paws. Returns You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact us at henry.rogers070@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with instructions. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at henry.rogers070@gmail.com with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
